Tool-agnostic
We have no vendor partnerships and no incentive to push you into a platform. The right answer wins, even when it's "use what you already have."
CG Consulting was built around a simple premise: most teams already know what's slowing them down. They need an outside partner who can prove it, design the fix, and stay through the implementation.
We started this practice because we kept seeing the same pattern — teams brilliant at their core work, struggling under processes that had quietly accumulated friction over years. Approval chains nobody could justify. Tools nobody could fully retire. Reports nobody actually read.
The fix is rarely glamorous. It is observation, conversation, careful redesign, and the patience to stay through the awkward middle of a rollout. Done well, it gives a team back hours every week — sometimes days every month — and changes how the work feels.
We're based in Northeast Indiana and we work with clients across the country. Our smaller clients are local manufacturers, family businesses, and growing service firms. Our larger engagements are with organizations that need an outside perspective and the discipline to act on it.

We are fluent in modern AI tooling and equally fluent in classic operations methods. Our recommendations come from comparing both honestly.
The slide deck is the easy part. We hang in for training, adoption, and the unglamorous follow-up that determines whether the change actually holds.
If a smaller engagement would solve your problem, we'll say so. If we're not the right firm for the work, we'll say that too — and try to point you somewhere helpful.
You leave with everything you'd need to operate without us — process maps, SOPs, training materials, prompt libraries, dashboards. We'd rather you not need a renewal.
Your data, your strategy, your internal politics — they don't leave the engagement. We treat client work the way we'd want our own work treated.
Every engagement closes with a clear answer to "did this actually work?" We measure cycle time, cost, error rate, or whatever metric the work was meant to move.
We are proud to be based in Northeast Indiana. There's a culture of practical, get-it-done operations here that informs how we work — and a community of businesses we are glad to serve directly. For clients beyond a comfortable drive, we run engagements remotely with on-site visits where they pay off.
No pitch deck, no pressure. Send a few sentences about what's on your mind and we'll set up a 30-minute call.
